At CrepProtect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your sneaker care products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
